Mrs. Henry Lafayette Dubose
Dubose, Henry Lafayette. Mrs. Dubose lived a long life before she was sent back home. She has lived a life of hardship, and was disliked by the neighbourhood children. Dubose was a brave woman who suffered through an addiction to morphine, which by the end, had gotten a lot better with the help of Jeremy and Jean-Louise Finch. The children had gone to her house every day and read to her, which distracted her from her addiction and helped her to overcome it. When it was time for her to go, Mrs. Dubose died happily, free of any painkillers. Mrs. Henry Lafayette Dubose will be missed by the Finch family as well as her nurse, Jessie.
Robert E. Lee "Bob" Ewell
Ewell, Robert E. Lee. Of the Ewell Family, Bob was the father of 8 children, with no mother involved. Bob had died when he was attempting to kill Atticus Finch's children, Jeremy and Jean-Louise. The children testify that they were walking home from the school when Bob came up to them from behind, broke Jeremy's elbow, and tried to strangle Jean-Louise. However, he didn't succeed in his attempt at revenge towards Atticus, and ended up tripping, and falling onto the knife that he was holding. It was a sad way to die, but it happened.
